Mike Hare
Meet the founder of Christian Resolution. Mike served in pastoral ministry from 1980 to 2012, leading congregations in New York, Vermont, Oklahoma, Colorado, and California. He has specialized in guiding declining and plateaued churches through a turnaround process. Mike earned his Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution with a primary focus in organizational conflict resolution and has served as a church conflict resolution consultant for almost 20 years. Mike is also the Staff Chaplain and Ombudsman for Compassion International where his responsibilities include conflict resolution trainer for both domestic and international staff. Mike and his wife Colleen live in Colorado Springs and both are currently teaching for Christian universities.
